I am anUTMB finisher last year and this year a sub-3:29 marathon...this year will be more demanding: Lavaredo Ultra Trail in June (100km) and again UTMB (100km)+ Boston Marathon in April. All this thanks to YOGA. I am a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and teach YOGFORRUNNERS to runners of all sort, with an amazing response here in Italy.
